My Run For Paddy T Shirt arrived today

3 days after I ordered it my Run For Paddy T Shirt arrived in the post today… looks cool!

The Fingal Swords 10km Route Map Is Now On This Website

The Fingal Swords 10km Route Map Is Now On The Website. The 2nd of my Races, this is the only 100% road event in the series and so is expected to attract a huge participation as it’s the 1st year of the race. View Route Map (PDF) or look at the “Races” page of this site

Oh crap!! This has shocked me a little, but I’ve alot of training ahead so I probably shouldn’t be looking at the finish line before I start!

I have added the Athlone 20 miles Race to my schedule

I have added the Athlone 20 mile to my schedule. You can see more about this race on their website. This race is organised around the Dublin Marathon training schedule and fits into week 13 of the big plan.

Final Total Announced

  • 10 mile (16 km) race in August
  • Half marathon in September
  • 20 mile (32 km) in October
